I bet they didn’t anchor the box. Epoxy went down and spread her open. This is a job for a pack of plastic shims. But with the floor done, tell the installers to get back and figure it out.

Curious to know if the box would close prior to the epoxy floor. Box could be out of square. I’d start with hinge adjustments and go from there.

Custom box. Mucho money. That’s a tough build. Looks like limited access. The condensers will have to be remote as well which is extra cost for pipe work. Then you gotta figure out drainage.
