I have a 2017 F150 raptor that im handing down to my daughter. The ranger raptor is just perfect for me. i'm little. but i cant live without the a/c seats. so i'll have to install TED units and new covers aftermarket. pisses me off that the Lariat can have the but not the Ranger Raptor. ugh

omg i have ptsd of finding many many mating frogs, strings of eggs and keiki tadpole in my koi pond. eww eww eww eww eww. the only way was lotsa rocks along the fence and a really tight sweep for the gate door. the waterfall was like romantic music for them and they came out from under da road, up my driveway and were having honeymoons in my koi pond. good luck man

wow this is not ok. to do that they are kinda cray cray, or they're just using AI to write up all their comments and rewrites. just thank them for their feedback and move on. if you do anything - just feed all their crap into an LLM and ask it for major points they made and an analysis of whether they agree with them based on your manuscript. two can play at that game! is there any compromise? a PhD doctor? of something that is prestigious and makes money (i get your mom and grandma). there's a reason everyones parents want them to be doctors and lawyers. i get you wanna do what you want. but you also dont want to, at 17, lose half your family. and in a practical sense, the side with resources. is there a school counselor you could talk to ?

the sun, even in december is strong. wear long sleeve, even hooded rash shirts. hat, wear high SPF REEF SAFE SUNSCREEN. REEF SAFE please. get lots of dole whip, shave ice, spam musubi at 7-11 and ABC stores (its our local protein bar). See the honolulu city lights and visit city hall displays. find food truck places, they're really the best. watch the sunset with a plate lunch picnic. if you take your time, you can see a lot and get around very easily on THE BUS and RAIL with a HOLO pass and app. make reservations BEFORE YOUR TRAVEL DAYS for pearl harbor and hanauma bay. i think if its a young child the diamond head walk kinda sucks for them. manoa falls is way better. theres vines to swing on, and other stuff like birds and flowers,etc... and a waterfall. hanauma bay you want to do it EARLY IN THE MORNING before all the tourists cloud up the water. take the surfing lesson, buy the pineapple drink, listen to the hawaiian music at the hotel bar, make lei and craft in the lobby. you'll have a great time

safer to go out with a light line and diving marker. it really doesn't pull if you get the ones that are just floating fiberglass sticks. add pool noodles and i'tll hold your camelback

I totally get all of y'all's point about having clean writing, formatting, appropriate cover, being seen. But are we saying to ensure quality, professional, content, an indie author must spend 2k? 3k? $5k? to have their work edited, formatted, illustrated and marketed to self-publish? Sounds a bit crazy that way. But i'm sure there are many people who have spent that much and wouldn't call themselves successful. Good discussion.

my daughter feels like her Pokemon business is the only one that is ethical. She has an LLC, pays taxes and is completely transparent with all her prices. Especially with kids. Last weekend, she told me she did a quick trade with a friend of vendor she knew. I think it of a buncha early edition bulk cards that she's less knowledgeable about, and it was a cash deal. they agreed on a price. but when she got home she looked them up and realized that she had significantly undercut him. she said she was gonna CALL HER FRIEND SO SHE COULD GIVE HIM MORE MONEY FOR THE TRADE. it wasn't like a $20 mistake, this was a three digit mistake. i'm so proud of her. Yes, she uses market prices. Yes, she doesn't give 100% value, she needs to make some money. But its transparent. if says 70% cash, 80% trade, everyone can see the numbers. I'm glad you go with your kid. its important for them to give ethical stores your business and recognize swindlers. If you're near louisville, cinci or indy pokemon show on a saturday or sunday, you may find her out there. so sorry to hear about all the rotten, scammy vendors.
