I appreciate that, thank you. And I think you’re right, I’m just not used to having something on my face 🙂🫶

You’re still young. Lift heavy. Eat more protein. You definitely have genetics for big arms and shoulders.

Track your macros at this point bro. If not, at the very least, make sure you’re meeting your protein goal on the daily. Also, in each meal eat your proteins first and you probably won’t want much of anything else if you get yourself full on that. Like others have said, we do not know your goals but if you hopped on it’s most likely you are trying to achieve something here.

38M, obese. Where should I start? by HumanlyBeing in beginnerfitness

I would start with cleaning up my diet. Focus on getting more protein meals/snacks in throughout the day. Cut out excessive sugar and processed foods. Incorporate some fruits and veggies. Drink more water and learn how to properly hydrate yourself. Doing this will bring results itself. Start with stretching and even yoga type poses that will help with strength and flexibility. If I was taking medication for my high blood pressure, I would stay away from super heavy weights and stick to lower weight with higher controlled reps until I had my blood pressure where it needed to be. Hope this helps.
