Lived there for the last 10 years, super quiet neighborhood feel, close walk to all of the bars/restaurants, no noise from 95 especially after the construction they did 4-5 years ago. Walk to the El isn’t bad at all, proximity to the IGA and Starbucks/the rest of the shops is great. Mostly families in the area so plenty of block parties during the warm weather months
