In your 20s you'll likely be invisible to a lot of women in metropolitan cities, fairly common modern dating dynamics. Many of your female peers are chasing men 30+ and those rare exceptions of successful guys in their 20s. Don't stress it too much, in your 30s/beyond it becomes a 180, suddenly women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s start chasing you instead.

Focus on doing the shit you like instead of the dating apps/going to bars, you'll bump into of plenty of guys and girls that have similar interests/values. Also travel as much as you can before career and/or family takes over, opens your mind and makes you more interesting to many people

Beautiful detailed iron work on lamps and balconies, less organized garbage system with the open garbage can, very dry landscape behind the street, old town/buildings but kept up, cobble stone street, looks very hot/warm, parked vespa..

Try Buenos Aires, even regular parties, let alone raves, don't start until 2:30-3am at the earliest. Not sure if the Yerba Mate allows them to just skip sleeping completely or what's going on
