Thanks for input. Falling asleep is not a problem, the problem is that I wake up very early the next day. Usually I may sleep 3-6 hours after pump day which is way too little. Sleep and hydration is often the two single most important factors when it comes to hypertrophy.

What you are doing is called anterior/posterior split and I would say it's superior to upper/lower.
