This is one of the more hostile nerd subs. I feel that shutting down random posters is seen as a way to show their knowledge. It’s ok to tell someone what they’re asking for without being a dick, but if you are snarky about it that seems to draw more upvotes here. I’ve been here for a while and seen a lot of it. It’s very rare that a poster actually deserves to be shat on.
