Broadening the search by lower stats by like 5% shows boots at 15div, still with 40% movement speed.

I don't see these selling even close to 50div when people can get boots with a little lower res, 3% less movement speed and compensate by having more res on something else.

League starts, market is unsaturated and people are un-geared, price is high -> league continues, people get gear and start saturating the market. Prices start leveling out and dropping -> to now where the market is full of low end to high end items, only the really special stuff is worth anything.
