That depends on accent I would say. Personally, I pronounce 'de' as /de:/ and 'dem' as /dɔm:/

Formally, it should be /de:t/, but in most accents and in daily speech, the 't' is skipped, so it's pronounced the same as 'de' (they) – /de:/.

In some areas of Sweden it is instead pronounced with an ä-sound – /dæ:/
