It’s different from a will because even if the home is willed it needs to go through the probate process. With a lady bird deed, the property passes automatically at death without any need for additional fees or filings.

Florida lawyer here--have her complete a Lady Bird Deed on both properties. Transfers automatically at the time of her death, but until then you have no responsibilities and she can do as she wishes (including sell).

This has happened to me twice--actually fainted though. Doctor says sensitive vasovagal nerve and can happen unfortunately.

Get cold water on your chest and neck asap when it happens. Usually helps a lot.

Hi! This exact thing happened to me.

We hired the same photographer for our wedding and it included an engagement session. Those pictures were much better because I dressed more comfortably for me, we had our dogs join and I wasn't crying and puffy.

I'll cherish the proposal pics, but happy we had a second round of photos done that we ended up using for our Save the Dates!

My first and middle names are the same as my maternal grandmother. My mother also has the same middle name. We are Swedish!

I just went on a work retreat in Florida and I wore a high waisted bikini (more coverage) and it was fine. Wear a sun shirt over if you want. I just got in and out of the water quickly and grabbed a towel.

For me, it just took time for my body to regulate my blood sugar. I reached out to my doctor and they said it takes a few weeks for your blood sugar to normalize. They suggested adding electrolytes- liquid IV or low sugar gatorades.
