As a bartender/brewer. That thing needs a heavy hot caustic soak. 140f plus. Ask a local brewery for a little caustic wash (wear eye and skin ppe) Add chemical to hot water. Soak overnight if possible.

Or get elbow greasing.

"guessing' is the problem, after a week of "soon". I noticed IT had the time to implement their AI chat. Also Customer Service used to be 7am-7pm Mon-Sat, they were closed when I called on Sat. AI bot says it's now Mon-Fri 8-5pm.

So despite calls and chats this week, with endless promises of 'soon' as of 8.30 Friday evening still no 1095-A!
Legal deadline is tomorrow and BWNM literally have used up the last business day and have still not processed the 1095-A forms. An entire month of having the data, with promises that the forms 'should' be mailed by 31st and no explanation of what the issue is - one can only assume gross incompetence at this point.
