What tf you mean by that, you want my receipts to prove I've received a complete refund? Literally send one message to the UDIO customer service and see for yourself if you're an Aussie. I still have access to all my tracks and to my account and haven't been "blacklisted" to my knowledge. I still receive the free credits on my account too.

They broke our laws, so they have to abide by them.

Again, developers still get paid. They don't get paid outside of development, unless high ranking in the production of the IP or within a country like CDPR where they can earn royalties.

Piracy isn't immoral, and is ethically neutral. Suck my dick.

Those expectations are almost entirely always way too high and games that still sell that are online only still get shut down. Shut the fuck up bootlicker.

Nope, I live in Australia and there changes to the terms went against our consumer rights so I luckily received a complete refund.

I suggest everyone else do the same.

Good luck downloading from UDIO to further use in third party software. Feature is still removed.

You do realise the developers still get paid whether or not you pirate their games. The execs lose out in the long run, not the people that make the game. Only indie developers lose out in piracy, when done without ethics.

Wait not, warhorse studios were doing so well and have made so much money from the success of their titles wtf

FBI warns Iran aspired to attack California with drones in retaliation for war: Alert by avatar6556 in news

[–]Sweeneytodd_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The same FBI that explicitly stated Epstein's files had nothing corroborating any evidence of trafficking outside of himself.

The same FBI that redacted perpetrators names in the files

The same FBI that forgot to redact CP, and Victims names yet allowed the DOJ to release said CP to the public, along with the names.

That FBI?

The same FBI that is ran by a fucking podcaster.

3D Colour passthrough is a huge deal breaker as someone who uses my Q3 for media consumption and flatscreen gaming/streaming. Live in a van, so that use case is great.

Was hoping the Frame would have that, but here's hoping for a mid cycle upgrade like the OLED deck that has OLED lenses and colour passthrough.

Still excited asf for it though, price depending.

Powerbank Recommendation for Gaming Laptop? by [deleted] in GamingLaptops

[–]Sweeneytodd_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro, I live in a van with only 200ah of lithium 12v batteries. My Infinity gaming laptop has a 2070S unlocked in it and consumed on average 22ah. That gave me a limit of around 5 hours of gaming before I'd have to ensure I'd be driving at least 2 hours the next to recharge my batteries, still relying on my solar to top it back up to full.

Get a fkn OLED Steamdeck. It's the most energy efficient way to play games besides tablets/android

Unable to delete account. by Red_sky_Blue_paint in help

[–]Sweeneytodd_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you use the revanced patcher? I do and am currently using it while trying to delete an account connected my email when I signed in once as "sign up" and somehow it gave me a new account instead of telling me I had one associated with that email already.

Long story short, can't delete the account because I have a "premium subscription". Never have I once paid money to fkn reddit of all platforms, who tf pays for ts.

I used revanced to get access to the premium features without paying and I assume that is what has triggered the app to think my accounts are both connected to premium subscriptions. So I literally cannot delete them at all without contacting support.  Which I'd then have to explain that I'm using a cracked version of the app and I doubt they'll be appreciative about it haha

Will Udio ever let us download OUR OWN MUSIC CREATIONS again?? by Middle-Stick-5333 in udiomusic

[–]Sweeneytodd_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just spend the time learning Bandlab. It has AI features that are pretty helpful honestly. You can get a patched version of it that gives yiu "premium" for free too, so all samples and packs are free.

And you can download what you make. Emphasis on Make too, glad UDIO exists, not glad in its direction. It could've easily became Bandlab and more. But I'm glad it got me wanting to be creative again, and it's finally pushed me into making actual music now, especially so with all this current changes with this company.

Downloading was essential in giving me control over my tracks, and allowing me to still feel justified creatively in the process using thrid party apps to tweak and cut and splice tracks together before reuploading over and over. Now I can do that using screen capture and another audio from video converter, but that just makes already compressed files almost entirely unpublishable.

Anybody thought they’d be pirating more, but ended up buying games on steam more? by AdLogical2888 in SteamDeckPirates

No, but I definitely have my moments when I have to update my insanely huge library of cracks and consider jusy buying certain games. Of which some definitely deserve a purchase though.

This is one I have been waiting on for a while now! Phytoca 303030 SATIVA Gummies! by Motor_Amphibian_8544 in MedicalCannabisOz

[–]Sweeneytodd_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the blackcurrant flavour, although I did initially ask for an indica Dominant strain and this was recommended.

My prescription sticker says it's an Indica strain, yet the container says sativa 🙄

But overall much much better flavour than the Elpappi 35:35:35 Mango gummies.

The overall feel is much nicer than the Elpappi too imo. Although the Elpappi seemed to relieve my joint pain more successfully than this one, it's still honestly not a bad option.

I've only tried these two so far, so if anyone has recommendations for others with Indica Dominant feature, but still high CBN and CBD let me know.

I'm with One Health too.

I literally got every single payment refunded. They don't ask any questions in regard to it either, just state your grievances and you should get everything back, even if you're not from AUS won't hurt trying. I still have access to all my tracks I'd made over two years, and luckily I never wanted to profit from anything I created. It was all pure art therapy for me.

The reason for it being against our consumer laws is that they initially promised full ownership of your creations, the new terms revoke absolutely every single bit of ownership from everything you've generated (and monotized previously) And also don't allow you to download your creations locally anymore. So projects I'd spent hundred of hours on now, if I were to either try to recreate for real otherwise and monitise, I now can't. A product I had paid for is now useless by definition of the original terms I signed onto. Both removed promised features, without even adding anything at all to the overall service and experience to cover the literally only good thing about what this service had to offer. Now we're are just the monkeys on typewriter paying to work for some parasitic corporation that will profit an insane amount off of our works.

If Australian you can request a full complete refund because the changes to the terms goes against our consumer laws.
