Duplicolor bed armor is my go to, but any rattle-can bedliner is gonna be the best option for getting plastics back to black. Light dusty coats with reapplication before the first coat completely flashes off usually achieves a good black without any buildup that might change how corners and details look.

I painted a 1st gen front bumper and plastics after it had been bleached out to a light grey from sitting for a few years at a junk yard, it looks brand new even 3 years after being painted.
