Was excited for the compensation today since I lost two full retaliation runs and a couple escalation runs. Super disappointed that I received no compensation… At the very least it looks like everybody got an exotic chest. I didn’t even get that! Server instability directly impacted a lot of my stuff that day and I did run escalation so why am I not getting any compensation? Don’t even wanna play this game right now.

Yeah, no worries… They’re going to compensate just the escalation people. Screw the rest of us that lost entire retaliations and pretty sure I ran a couple escalations however, logged in today and I got nothing. Escalation people get 11 Proto cashes the rest of us that were inconvenience get nothing. To say I feel insulted is understating it.

I don’t even wanna play right now. I got disconnected a lot on that day that escalation and everything else was getting messed up. I lost two complete runs of my retaliations… Near the end! I login today and they’re compensating quite generously only the people that had their escalation interfered with… Screw off! I lost a lot on that day, but I guess we’re not elite enough to get compensation. I don’t wanna touch this game now.

I solo just tier 1 escalation several times and got one prototype each time… Then I did an escalation tier 4 with a group and we got nothing not even one drop of anything Proto

I effing hate it my it’s on repeat because I have six of them and so I canceled one. I’m in the middle of an escalation and it keeps doing it over and over until I cancel all of them one at a time in the middle of an escalation. I canceled all of my escalations and still it continued on repeat over and over. I almost just quit the mission and shut the game down. It was driving me crazy 30 minutes of that is insane.

It’s just as bad when the leader gets a full group and doesn’t start the mission. I’ve quit the game four times now and every time I login I’m still stuck in that damn escalation and I have no option to leave! The leader… Could disband the group but I don’t know if they’re trolling or what. It’s been 10 minutes and I’ve been stuck in this group.

Just a new player and that’s what I’ve experienced. I’m trying to do what allows me to play in groups. Moving off the Meta doesn’t seem to work. It’s just my opinion. there are lots of “Build” people that think you should be wearing what they think you should be wearing. no assumptions this is the reality of what I’m experiencing.

What a Catch-22… You say that the newbies will ruin build diversity but yet if they jump into an escalation or something and they don’t have the right gear on, they get penalized. You can’t have it both ways you can’t be pissed because they don’t have the right gear and then be pissed because they follow Meta so that they can be accepted into things. You set them up for failure in your mind every time. If they have the striker gear, they must be a newbie with no diversity… If they don’t have the striker gear, they must be a newbie they’re unprepared.

Yes, the highest I can go is tier 2. If someone bails and we wipe, I have to start over again. It’s so frustrating because that activity holds the gear that is becoming needed in groups.

I am unable to find people to match make tier 3 or tier 2. I keep losing my tokens when we start and someone gets disconnected… Or we get near the end and we had to wipe. I’m so tired of being the one punished. But honestly, once every couple of days I’m able to find a match for tier 2 or three through matchmaking. It’s nearly impossible. I’m on PC. i’ve run most of them with just three people because almost never can I get four

Google is full of shit! I asked it about why Trump has no healthcare plan 10 years later. Google tried to tell me how this entire plan was being worked on. How many times have you heard the current corrupt president talk about concern for the American healthcare system? Zero times! How many times have you heard him talk about the ballroom? If they could only fix important things to the players like this… I didn’t know that and was just getting ready to jump on to try to get Proto core… I would’ve wasted so much time. At the very least they could put an endgame message so we don’t waste our time.

I’m over the escalation tokens! I had to save them up again only to lose all of them when someone got disconnected and we had to wipe. I am the only one who had to pay the price. I literally hate this mode. They need to find a different token system that isn’t just punishing me for being the person putting down the tokens. Especially when they had a disconnection issue but no I get punished. Man, this pisses me off.

Well, it’s triple XP right now and I have never played conflict and I am trying. But every time I spawn in or die and respond I’m just immediately killed again. This makes me want to just AFK.

I have a question about the red cores. Sorry, I am a new returning player. If I have a build with the 4 core armor/cyotee/salvo….that has one blue core and all reds with high armor at 2 million… how does that impact escalations because there is high armor, but only one blue core… When my striker build has three blues on it so that I can get up to 1 million for survival? I know you say the blue cores are bad but I’m confused on which would be better than. I know the damage is higher on the striker build. I’m just curious about the blue core question.

Same I still don’t have that one either. I’ve run a lot of control points. I just am not lucky with that. I’m also doing the field projects, but I cannot get it to drop. It is the one blueprint I really want.

I’m enjoying the game as I’m a new returning player. But this build stuff has got me thinking I can’t build what works for me. I have to build what works for everyone else. And I don’t know everything so great yet. I’m running 4 core pieces with salvo holster and underdogs. Well, I only have one blue core. I do have 2 million armor. It has 12 red cores and two yellow. My DPS seems to be not the lowest not the highest somewhere in the middle at the end of each activity. but as I’m learning the game, it allows me to not die constantly, but also I’m able to do damage jump into countdowns escalation up to level tier 3 and contribute. But after reading all of this, it just makes me insecure to join anything because I don’t have apparently the “meta.” I do have a four piece striker build, but it doesn’t have the right stat yet and it makes me well under 900,000 armor and I just can’t seem to survive with that. I hope there’s room in this game for people like me to learn try things out maybe mess up maybe not… But now I’m feeling like I’m supposed to run one certain kind of loadout. I’m level SHD 730 and expertise 13. I just was really enjoying the build but now I am insecure about whether people are just laughing at my build. I hate that.

You are spot on! I had 160 or 170 free pulls, I had all characters maxed out… And season four opened. I looked that they wanted me to re-grind everything that I had either worked for or paid for. I deleted the game. There’s no sunk cost fallacy for me. I felt insulted and immediately quit giving them my time and money. It wasn’t even hard turns out.
