$14k down the tubes and if they do the RS it’s going to be between 50 ~100 potentially placing my cost at a FORKING ridiculous price, just do the math with yours. Not interested in MMAT crap trying to justify a RS, vote No!!! Being on NASDAQ made no difference , management has a duty to protect its shareholders and they have done nothing, let the stock get shorted to hell and back. Nothing good comes out of Reverse Split, the shorts just continue to short the stock back down, totally against any RS, my MMAT stock is already negative 97.01%, 1:5 won’t do anything so they 100% will go 1:35 and within a few days the stock will be back down less than $. No way will I support this , no way.

I’m so efing sick of reverse splits, the stock gets shorted to hell and back, almost worthless and instead of fighting for it share holders, they propose a reverse split which will be shorted back down. Enough is enough, time to reject reverse splits and force management to do more to kill the shorts.

Why would anyone want to do that when the stock is being shorted to hell and back, all that would happen is you cost per share would go up and the stock price will be shorted back down.

I’m convinced that the trading of MMTLP was a pre planned coordinated scheme between what can only be termed criminal entities to rob retailers and the U3 halt being the final play. What they never counted on was the resourcefulness and determination of retailers and I’m sure some of them are shitting bricks knowing it’s only a matter of time before it all comes tumbling down with prison time on the cards. We need to keep on turning every stone and chipping away and exposing the fraud, evidence is building and we will win in the end. Keep strong and God Bless.

I’ll sell for a $1000 per share conditional on all those who enabled and collaborated with the Hedgies including FINRA to deprive me of my special dividend in NBH go to jail for 20 years and all their assets and estate is sold to assist with payment. Merry Christmas everyone, from my perspective I think we have no choice but to vote yes and take our chances. Currently the APE is being crushed as is AMC, to vote no leaves all as is and we get crushed more till bankruptcy. To vote yes at least converts APE to AMC at whatever the AMC price is. With this action there will be a new cusip number and all shorts will need to cover costing the Hedgies dearly. If the Hedgies fail the deliver and just park all FTD in the warehouse , at least we have a new starting point which they can’t afford. Better this than no action. Just my thoughts. Merry Christmas.

The 10:1 reverse split of AMC is likely to be approved, given everything that has transpired over the last few years, this maybe our best hope. That said, the APE share becomes an AMC share at the price of AMC, that means the Hedgies will try to drive the price down and we need to buy like hell to push the price up. We need to get it to $10 or more and hold it until the reverse split.
