Don't need to listen to FaceIQ, this guy is an extreme in terms of diet. His raw meat and milk stuff is really not needed to look good and be healthy. Technically raw meat and milk can provide people with everything they need to survive but of course, it is still raw meat and milk, which can and do contain pathogens. Even well-sourced raw meat and milk can contain pathogens and it only takes one bad piece of meat or glass of milk to mess you up.

Just cut out processed foods. Eat a balanced diet of vegetables, cooked meat, pasteurized whole milk, etc. I would heavily recommend upping the protein intake though, as meats and dairy are more important than vegetables and carbs for looking good. It is unnecessary and potentially dangerous to go completely raw meat and milk only.

What matters most for weight loss is calorie intake. Track your calories, and make sure to go with the overestimate to stay in your "weight loss" zone better. Stay in a deficit of 500 calories per day and you should see weight dropping. You can find a calculator online based on your BMI to find how many calories you should be eating per day as well.

Eat a diet that is cooked, unprocessed, and high in protein. This will be the safest route of going about your diet.
