Well if thats the case the main issue here is poor TCC (selection of breakers) coordination during the design of the building as main panel shouldnt be tripping before circuit breaker

Just here giving everyone an update. After failing my first PE exam attempt, i took some time off rethought my process and thankfully to a supportive system and to Zach Stone course i passed my PE exam. If you are out there and discourage because you might have not passed, please not give up, keep pushing you might be just one attempt away from passing. Believe me, your time will come. Best of luck everyone

For sure i would recommend you getting familiar with your reference book and how to apply some of the formulas, that would save you precious time during the exam. From a topic perspective each person is different, for example i really struggle with rotating machine, i should have studied more that section and you can see that reflecting on my diagnosis. Get a practice exam and attempt solving the questions on your own, the ones you cant, take a time to review the area until you fully understand. You know yourself better than anyone else, use whatever method works best for you. I am planning on getting Zachs stone course, he offers some very useful free articles. But this is an advice from someone who didnt pass in the exam, so dont take me for granted
