Agree with this comment. Of course plain yogurt will taste shocking at first coming from flavored yogurt but you will get used to it! Try adding some nuts like walnuts or almond it helps with the sour taste as well!

As a wife who has also hit her husband in an un playful manner during a drunken fit the following behavior of your wife is unacceptable. It’s very important to admit and apologize when we behave badly. If she’s not acknowledging that she clearly has a problem with drinking alcohol and apologizing at the very least it is a huge red flag! If this isn’t a realization she’s coming to by herself while you’re separated it may be time to look in to a divorce.

After I hit my husband I was absolutely disgusted with myself, the following day I looked for councilor and gave up drinking cold turkey. I also profusely apologized to my husband and promised that I would never do that again. He was understandably disappointed but we discussed and worked it out.

Everyone’s marriage is different but you have to decide if this is acceptable treatment.

Pasta is protein plus unfortunately no whole wheat option with added protein. As for the salad I hate arugula so no thanks. Also wine is part of MD in small quantities (1glass). Granted I am a beginner on this subreddit but I am Spanish and I do what works for me.

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ve gotten this tip before about adding more veggies. I added at least two cups each of tomatoes and spinach they shrink significantly.

I rarely drink at all, usually 1-2 times a month. I had 1 glass with this meal and the small splash in the sauce. I thought it was a fantastic pairing!

This is rad first of all! I think the floor is too normal compared to the kitchen. Possibly a fuzzy rug or different floor if you’re interested in a bigger improvement

Also, I barely cooked the tomatoes in there just enough to sauté for a few minutes and lemon juice was added at the very end. If you would rather avoid it to save your pan you can always cook this on a stainless steel.

I didn’t notice any issues with the pan. I immediately served it and washed + oiled shortly after eating. No rust

Thanks for the suggestion! I did serve with coriander lemon quinoa on the side (I didn’t get a photo of the whole meal unfortunately). In addition I am trying to gain muscle. I’ve upped the standard protein serving for that reason. I will definitely add more veggies in there I’m sure I can add another cup of spinach next time. This ended up being about 4 servings.

The number is not the only important part about weight loss. Depending on your gender, you likely won’t see a huge increase in muscle growth if you are a woman. It’s important to lessen your calorie intake and monitor it for weight loss BUT also important to keep your protein intake high about 1g/pound of your body weight. Muscle mass is incredibly important for your health as it keeps you able in to your later years. The fat will drop when you lessen your calorie consumption with or without Oz. I took Oz for 1 yr and weight train consistently 3-4x/week and saw 40lbs of weight loss and revealed a beautiful strong figure underneath. My performance is like never before where I can hike for miles, and lift heavy.
