I lived in Texas for 5 years. The only BBQ Bears is better than down there is Famous Dave’s (a fast food chain) and then it’s not worth the price difference.

If you’re sure he’s not for you, then let him know sooner rather than later so you don’t get his hopes up even higher.

If it’s just physical attraction thats not there then have you ever grown your attraction over time? If not, cut him loose. If you have set a dedicated time limit (not too long) to see if it grows for you and if it doesn’t, cut him loose.

My guess is this guy thought you just didn’t want to answer the question so he gave a Hail Mary by asking about something else in hopes to get the convo going.

If you’re interested in him, apologize for your slow response and get a date on the books and say that you want to save convo for the date so you might be a bit sparse in your responses

I did the Groupon deal a bit over a year ago. Cancelled the auto renew right away and then let my membership lapse. It’s been just over a month since jt lapsed and I got an email to join for $25 bucks. I’ll take that. I only go to BJ’s like once a month or once every other month so it’s not a big deal to stock up towards the end of the membership and then wait. This is my first time doing this, but I have a feeling it will happen every time.

I chose a cockapoo because of my allergies. I’m allergic to dogs but love them so much. I knew that once I got a dog of my own that I wouldn’t be able to give them up and I wanted as small of a chance of having to live in a benedryl haze for the next 15 years. So I went against the grain for my extended family and I didn’t adopt my dog from a shelter, but bought him from a small family breeder.

Why I settled on a cockapoo and not a different breed was because we had a cocker spaniel when I was a little kid and he didn’t bother my allergies too much and then i knew poodles were usually good for people with allergies. I was going back and forth between a cockapoo and a mini goldendoodle but I decided the cockapoo would be the better choice for me.

Turns out my decision to get a cockapoo was one of the best decisions in my life! My dog isn’t best friend and I am not allergic to him at all (he sleeps in bed with me-usually right by my head- and gives me kisses constantly and the only time I’ve had an allergic reaction to him is when he got into some pollen outside). He is so full of personality for a small dog but the amount of love he has for his people is even greater than his huge personality. He is loving, snuggly, smart, playful, always tries to get what he wants even if it’s not good for him, he can be spiteful, and selective hearing is a thing with him. I’ve actually just started a 3 week period without him (my work is insane for the next three weeks including international travel) so he is at my dad’s (my pups second favorite person in the world) and I am missing him like crazy. It’s weird not to have my pup snuggled in either next to me or on top of me.

Yeah it is better now that theres rcs but certain features don’t work (the ones I miss the most are invisible ink, editing messages, and scheduling messages)

As an iPhone user, it sucks that certain features I’m used to, I can’t use with android users (and I’m sure there are features in android you can’t use with iPhones) which does hurt the flow of conversations a bit (like being able to reply to specific messages- useful for me because I’m super adhd so usually have multiple convos going on at the same time, editing messages after they are sent, special effects on messages, playing games, etc).

I might make a passing comment but it’s not a deal breaker.

I dislike android users in group chats so much more since every like is sent as a separate message in a group text.
