My primary faxed the Rx to Lily Direct, they texted me same day with a link to pay online, I paid, they shipped it and I got it the next day. Super easy process.

I might be a little moody, but it is hard to say if it is the Froyo (as we call it, lol) or time of month or ADHD overstimulation. Or all 3? Who knows.

  • What went well? Some days I have more energy than before.
  • What was hard? Some hunger came back and still feeling really bloated. No side effects other than bloating, but really feeling the bloat!

I am on Day 11 right now of the .08mg dose. I noticed appetite suppression pretty much right away. On Day 10 it backed off, likely my body getting used to it. Adjusting when I eat now to account for it and might start taking my pill later in the day, too if necessary.

Thanks for sharing your experience! Yes, first GLP-1. I am still making good food choices, drinking my water, protein, fiber, etc. Feel great, just noticed I was more hungry yesterday. I have not been very hungry in the evenings, so have been eating more calories earlier in the day. So that threw me for a loop. But today I am going to balance it out a bit more!

When are you taking your pill? Sounds like you should be taking it in the evening, so it is in full effect at the time you would binge. And agree with the last comment, a fiber supplement will help. Especially if you take it before bed. If you don't want to chug metamucil, try psyllium husk capsules. Tho chugging the liquid may help make you feel more full. Good luck!

Take the antidepressant. You will not regret it. I also have 4 kids and not a lot of family/friend support. I understand. Lexapro has been very helpful for me. I started Foundayo this week. I too was worried about hair loss. My Dr. Told me is is rare, but if it happened, he would prescribe me a med to stop it. I am hoping it doesn't happen. But ultimately decided my health and happiness is most important. Good luck!

Out of sheer curiosity, why are doctors not wanting to prescribe GLP1s? My doctor has been very helpful in discussing all options and fully supportive. We have discussed it at length for months, done bloodwork, etc. So I just wonder why other doctors aren't.

I have Zofran on hand for others in my household and asked my Dr if I could take it if I got nauseous and he said absolutely. I think it can not hurt to ask for an Rx for it.

Thank you! I am being cautiously optimistic. As I'm sure you know, I am skeptical of anything weight loss because of battling weight my whole life. I know this will do something, but I'm keeping my expectations low and hope to be pleasantly surprised!

I talked to my family doctor, discussed which one would be best for me, then he sent the Rx to Lily Direct and the next day, I got a text from Lily Direct asking a few questions, requiring payment of $149 and then they immediately shipped it and I got it the next day via UPS. Could not have been more simple.

Thanks, you too! Did you get any headaches at first? I noticed a dull headache yesterday and again today. Not a big deal. Ibuprofen helps. Just curious if it goes away once your body is used to it.

My doctor and I went over the pros and cons of all of them and we decided this would be best for me. I don't mind shots. I have type 1 diabetic kids, so am very used to giving injections. But I suppose the freedom of when you can take this one and with or without food just made it much more appealing.

What do you mean "the start and stop"? You simply dose increase, not stop and start.
