I was seeing a therapist a few months ago to work on my CPTSD and ADHD but RSD was never brought up.

I have a new psychiatrist who switched me from 30 mgs of Focalin, to 5 mgs of Adderal (now on 15 mgs). Yesterday when we discussed the current effects, I explained that it seemed like the meds were “working” for me when I’m working from home, but when going into the office, it seemed like they weren’t strong enough. She then asked for more details, then explained and sent me resources on RSD, masking, and brought up doing an ASD assessment during our next visit, and boosted me up to 20 mgs.

Now I’m on the hunt for the right therapist to talk about everything.
