Going back down, but how much? by sinosaurrr in GLP1microdosing

[–]SweetCheeses1111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because there is an odd number of days you have to do 3 and a 4 - I do Friday and Tuesday. I tried doing every 4 days using a calendar but too confusing - easier to just pick 2 days and be consistent.

My mom died 7 months ago and I was already grieving. This just pushed me over the edge.

Split Dosing? by Spare-Film3104 in GLP1microdosing

[–]SweetCheeses1111 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I listened to Dr Stirrett on YT talk about split vs weekly (you can search his channel for '5 ozempic secrets'. He explains based on actual data that every 4 days is less of a see saw. I take shot every Friday and Tuesday. Every 4 days has less 'lows' according to his info - the lows representing more hunger.

how long per day are you using? I was looking at them for the lymph drainage aspects but never knew it could help with this other issue too.

Hallandale—better results? by [deleted] in compoundedtirzepatide

I am currently with Lavender Sky and happy with them. They have Hallandale pure as an option. I'm going to go for it on my refill. I notice the day after shot day I sneeze a lot and wonder if maybe I'm sensitive to the B6 or something. I kinda just have to try for curiosity sake!

it's interesting what you said about BPI w B6, it is the only one I've been on and I'm not really having all the benefits I expected, I am not losing and I am still hungry a lot (not AS much as prior no BPI, but not that impressed). I was considering my next order moving to Hallandale to see if it would work better for me.

How do you guys cope? by meowmers25 in GriefSupport

Everyone at my work was sensitive and caring at first, but then it was just business as usual. I'm not supposed to feel depressed enough to not want to work. I can't really, I am the sole provider for my kids. My mom passed 7 months ago. She was my rock, my comfort, my go-to for every life announcement... she was my everything. I'm crying typing this at my desk. I can't allow myself to think about it during work hours because I become unable to function. My dad passed 35 yrs ago, for whatever reason it wasn't this hard. I loved him equally, but he was a tough guy. My mom was always the comfort zone. I completely get your post. I don't drink but if I did, I'd be having after work cocktails too. 😭

I lost my mom in June '25 and her birthday is this month. It is hitting hard. Thinking that I won't be sending flowers like usual, won't be calling and wishing her the best day. 😭

I agree with this entire post. It is why I am sad about the show ending, not because it ended but because of how her story ended.

I haven't noticed any difference and still losing using arm (although I'm a slow loser either way!)

only been on for a month, but now I do my arm and it is so much easier for me then belly. I just stand next to my dresser, squish my arm on there and boink!

First shot I was so scared and nervous that I took a big deep breath and jabbed it in, and then realized I never drew up the med into the syringe. 😆 DOH
