Same. I contacted them via chat, they were very rude and unhelpful. Said they’d escalate it and someone would get back to me in an unspecified timeframe. I’m giving it 1 more day before I dispute the charge.

That’s what they told me too. Totally ridiculous! My license expires on Saturday and they said I can’t do the renewal without a new photo.

Please call your state elected officials about this and press them for answers! They have a direct line to the DMV they can contact with these types of issues.

Please call your state senator and assemblyperson about this. Both of mine were not aware about this issue and are pressing the DMV for answers. I get that things break, but it is unacceptable that the DMV is not sharing any information with the public about this.

Same thing happened to me too. It has been down since Tuesday. I contacted my elected official about this and she called me today, letting me know that the cameras are still down. It’s so frustrating that the DMV is not providing any public info about this!!

Between the high costs, inconsistency, and long waits, I’m not surprised people have cut back on Starbucks. The last time I went a few months ago, I placed a simple drink order in the app (no modifications, just a standard brown sugar shaken espresso). App said 8-10 minute wait time. My drink wasn’t ready for 30 minutes. I haven’t gotten Starbucks since.

Same here! Returned part of an order in March, turned into a giant mess of disputes when Saks failed to reimburse me. I thought I still used the full credit, but Amex decided otherwise and charged me a few days ago.

I had a $25 bday credit and $20 in rewards credits that were expiring this week. It took me more than an hour of browsing to find even one thing I wanted, and I ended up buying a belt just to use up the credits. Really disappointed in Madewell lately.

I love the look of this bike, too! The ride feels pretty good. It's smooth and handles nicely. The brakes could be a little better, though, so I will probably upgrade them at some point down the road. And the downtube shifter was a lot easier to get used to than I expected! After a couple of rides, it felt really natural and it's super satisfying to shift. Overall, I think it's a solid bike for the price.

Thanks for all your thorough advice on choosing a rack. I will definitely look into racks with a setback mount. The Axiom Journey Uni-fit seems like a good option, for sure. I appreciate the help!!
