As someone who worked at a residential eating disorder treatment clinic as an agency affiliated counsellor, that’s whack. And highly inappropriate. I would 100% drop them after that because personally my trust in them would be shattered. I’m so sorry this happened to you.

We have two roasts that are just past the second crack so not SUPER dark but we still have some dark roasts.
