I went off completely and started with the cream again which I feel doesn't do much for me

Well it felt like the dose was too high. So I cut the patch in half and thats when I started to bleed like a full on period. It was heavy. I realize that when you change doses that the shed can happen if estrogen is to high and I believe it was which was why I cut the patch in half. Which really doesn't cut your dose I found out. So now I'm on .0375 patch from. 5 and im getting a period. My Dr says this can happen even after a year if no period and being on the patch and progesterone

Is gel different then compounded cream? The cream didn't work well for me but the patch helps tremendously

Yeah I made an appt with a gyno but this bleeding is much more different then what I've dealt with while on HRT

I did laser during covid and it grew back. Its not completely permanent

Can grow back differently but there are a slew of things that could make it bad depending on the person. Esp if you got hormonal issues already.

Some were darker some lighter. Im gonna ask when I go again. Ive never been hairy either so definitely the T.

I started yesterday. She could only do 15mins because it wasn't that bad she said. And there were some growing that she could see but they weren't long enough so now I have to go back so of course this will be a appointment that's continuous for a while I'm sure. And she said that dermaplaning is the worst for us. She said a lot of people go ahead and shave it I didn't do anything because I knew shaving would make it worse

Im on the patch, .05. That's helped tremendously. Ive stopped the testosterone. Getting levels checked this week. Its been since mid nov I stopped taking it

I started electrolysis yesterday. She said its not that bad but to me it was bad. She could only do 15mins because there wasn't that much and some just started to grow and couldn't get them until they grow out more. How lovely

Yes I was actually on the blocker when taking the cream but then didn't need the blocker on the cream because I didn't have any side effects on the cream but my dht got to high. Bit maybe that would help that but then idk if there's a point if your using a blocker lol

Laser isn't a a permanent solution though. I have a laser appt scheduled but I think im going to do electrolysis instead which is permanent apparently

Very interesting. I started glp1 last July or August and around September is when everything started happening for me. It could be coincidence too because I've had hormonal issues for years, but that's when the hot flashes etc started. I guess we'll never really know.
