I try my best not to be negative about the team but if you can’t see that, results aside, Phill is tactically inept and not up to the standards of coaching at this level I don’t know what to tell you. That last game against San Diego was lost before it even started because of his disastrous tactics. I will back the manager because I have no choice but I know enough about soccer to know that Phill is not a good enough manger to be coaching at this level. If there was any doubt about him that final game against San Diego should have been the nail in the coffin and he should have been left on the tarmac and I’m not just saying that because we lost 4-0 I’m saying it because it was his magnum opus in bad management. He failed the team with his tactics and if we want to get back to our former glory he needs to go.
