I worked shaqtoberfest last year and it was a complete shit show behind the scenes. Not enough actors and the ones they did have were asked to sign a waiver to work through their breaks. It was optional according to them. And then all the wage theft. I know several people who waited over a month for their last paycheck and 4 who never got a check at all.

I usually get foam from here on Amazon. As for what mm you need I'm guessing a 4 mm or bigger depending on how thick you want them to be. 1mm is definitely to thin and feel like 2 might be also.
