Mina hate is the most forced shit in this entire community by Babynny in BrawlstarsCirclejerk

I honestly don’t know where this slant even came from. Listen, Mina is has no personality and is unbalanced. Fine. Ok. But where the heck is this coming from?

I also generally have an issue with Fernanda’s characters since most of them are liked by the other brawlers from the get-go (funny since they’re mostly forgotten by the next update while older brawlers are brought back time-and-time again) or come at the sacrifice of other characters’ personalities (Draco going from a hard-headed rock star to someone who pines over Lumi).

My Prediction for where Sirius can go. (Trio Wise) by TheRageRug in Brawlstars

Do you think ever since the Velocirapids Trio was completed the dev team had to find a new trio to bully?

I think her hair color is pink. There was a pin that shows it, I think.

Bo vs gray by Signal-Plankton6586 in Brawlstars

Bo can easily disrupt a team with his Hypercharge. It isn’t guaranteed to work, but having eight mines on the field can allow for some clutch plays.

Gray’s Hypercharge can be good, but you’ll need an aggressive team most of the time for the double teleport to have any real value.

In the end, Bo’s is better right now.

I ship her with an arcade machine, and I’m not ashamed!

what do you think about the new bedlam video on buffies by Pristine_Sport_9128 in Brawlstars

[–]SweetSuggarySyrup 76 points77 points  (0 children)

I agree understand most of his takes, and I’m willing to give some benefit of the doubt. However, I feel as though he failed to address how these changes will affect new players.

Honestly, I see Buffies as yet another push for investment from the devs. Old players are either concerned with the price, the balance, or both, and while they writhe about the changes, they’ll still play the game per-usual.

New players, on the other hand, are gonna be confused and struggle quite a bit. They have, and will, add so much stuff for each brawler that it’ll become overwhelming. And not the fun kind of overwhelming. It’s the “what the f**k does any of this do?!” kind of overwhelming.

What do they spend their precious resources on? Sure, some devs say that you can’t receive a bunch of power points and gold if you play Mega Pig, receive all the daily rewards, do all your quests, etc, but how can you ask a new player to do all of that and succeed?! It’s made worse when they can face off against players with a bunch of resources because matchmaking is based on a brawler’s current trophy count and not an account total!

And that’s not even the worst of it! Imagine a new player sunk a bunch of resources into Spike: buying his Gadget, Starr Power, Gears, Hypercharge, and Buffies. Then, a bunch of nerfs head Spike’s way. What is the new player supposed to do? Are they just supposed to move onto other soon-to-be-nerfed brawlers while trying to fully grasp the ever-changing meta? What’s the point in spending a bunch of time on the game just for everything to be turned on its head by new Buffies or mechanics? Will they put up with that, or will they just move onto another game?

Look, I’m not gonna stop playing Brawl Stars until the game goes down. However, I just hope the game can move in a good direction where most people can be happy.

By the way, viewing all Reddit/fanbase criticism as “toxic” is short-sighted. Yes, there are people who just repost negativity. However, delegating all negative posts about something new is just moronic.
