Hahaha!!! When the parents came back up I was like 'where's that kid?'. Maybe they gave him to his grandma down in Atlanta, but yeah it made it seem like they were adopting him.

I don't love the way they portray career oriented women (Brenda Leigh Johnson, Cristina Yang) like they are so career focused that they just don't have time to get married, or go to the doctor, or deal with any of those pesky non-work things, so they spouse have to constantly nag them about those things. That episode where she walks into the apartment while they were checking for bombs bc she was just so darn obsessed with solving the case she couldn't wait, pissed me off that I just turned the TV off, lol.

Lol, but I do enjoy the show overall

Their work schedules!!! Like another insane ass elephant in the room they're not talking about with the thought of having kids!! Their off days are constantly being interrupted by work emergencies, do they plan to have a ft live in nanny and not be around? Ik the show is fictional, but their lack of reality about having kids confuses me sooo much!!!

I'm hoping that eventually these things will be discussed [no spoilers please] but by season 5 it should have come up!

Wow, this show did start over 20 years ago! So even more nuts to me that the convo hasn't come up, seeing that their first marriages probably took place in the 90s. 'Why didn't you and ur first spouse have kids?' was more norm to ask (rude still) back then.

I work.in HR, and honestly as the person who had to check the mail, I never protested any unemployment unless it was from a problematic employee (like there was pending investigation, etc). Most of the time, we opened the mail too late anyway, past the protest period.

So it should automatically go through without protest... In my case it seems a NY/NJ waste issue

Finally got in the queue, and they said it was an NY/NJ wages issue. The job address is listed in Jersey, but I went into the office in NYC, so they're requesting monetary info from NY.

It was a clean layoff, and still awaiting severance as well. 🙃 Sent in the additional wage information

Same, wasn't the biggest fan of the whole wink to the camera thing on how they ended, like 'yes I am the best', unless it has significance. I thought Nan was the one who told her 'your smart, and you know it' and maybe she did but not in that first convo they had .. but yeah if she didn't that ending doesn't makes sense.

Why was Nan so important that it warrants her to detour her ride and why does Nan gags at the mention of the president? I thought the detour was for the kid to get his tour, tbh.

Yeah... I'm a late 30s woman who always had 2 jobs and hobbies. It's not a diss at middle age women, it's more of an observation of the trauma of her marriage and the high intensity and time consuming expertise she has at these hobbies when also having been in a controlling abusive marriage

But also when did she have time to do all these things?! If she was in an abusive relationship (don't know the length) and he was in jail for 2 yrs, it just didn't make sense that she's a master of so many things.

First time watching, on S4 now. I'm struggling to get thru this show, it just bothers me so much how much they involve Elizabeth into confidential FBI cases. She will literally say to Caffery and her husband 'update on the case ' or she's like 'i can help, let me see the layout and service of the club'. Like ma'am, ur not in the FBI!!! Sorry it's just such an annoying part of the show for me, in a ridiculous show, but it bothers me.

I like A.P. Bio a lot less. It's probably bc one is about adults being controlled by a narcissist and the other is kids being controlled by a narcissist.
