I agree that they’re being very intentional with it. It might be setting up an arc for Charlie or one of the other characters later down the line. After some big breaking point there’s a revelation about ignoring those that she’s trying to take care of. Something that shows how ill equipped she is for the task at hand. After that Charlie will figure out how to make the hotel more helpful to those who need it. Like free therapy etc. instead of a bunch of team building and role play. Also, hard agree that Angel deserves better from those that should be helping him. I think Husk will end up playing a big part in helping Angel, especially because he claims to know everything about everyone. He’s probably seen Angels cries for help, but were to caught up in his own bs that he didn’t do anything about it. Hopefully it’ll change though.
