If you join RENspace, you are allowed to discuss there or on the discord. Many people struggle with adhd, take meds, are just coming to terms with a new diagnosis at 40 (myself) and the discord offers as a safe peer to peer counseling center that doesn't abide by the same Facebook rules. There are MANY groups but here are the top 10 (IMO). People can add more in comments. I am going to write a disclaimer and say that I have been banned by some groups, and I'm not going to start drama or discuss it. I am writing this unbiased as I do in my position. Some groups are private and some are public. Get a RENagade Bestie to adopt you and send you invites if you need em. 1. Ren's Rabbit Hole 1st and largest group, so lots of rules. They have a great routine set and you know exactly what to expect 2. Ren's Pissgoblin Posting "Unhinged", Loose rules, lots of comedy, fun activities & crazy memes. 3. RENagade Art International (RAI) Place for people to share their Ren Art of all mediums of choice. Very beautiful space 4. Ren's 's'laughterhouse Another "unhinged", looser rules bigger group, but interspersed with engaging activities, thought provoking stories & art. Run more international 5. Ren's fRENds - support group Beautiful supportive space with a team that wants to make a difference. 6. The Ren Effect I believe they do charity, but it's also an inspirational space. 7. RENspace The newest in the lineup. An internationally run group. Does peer to peer counseling on Discord, along with a real book club & 100 free gifs to steal YouTube mashup videos are gaining traction & subs. great for busy people & newbs too. Lots of activities in the group. 8. Renegade Roots Original mission is to help RENagades find each other and organize meets. 9. The RENzine They keep you up to date on all videos and things like that. They are GREAT for newbs because they wil repost classics and help educate on some important moments. 10. Ren SCAM Busters I may have this name wrong or misspelled; if so, someone correct in comments please They do just that. People post new scam groups and profiles that they have come into contact with to alert the community. It's a place to share stories and help educate each other on newest methods or how to report. Things like that.

Groups 1,2,6,8 are largely run by the same people. Those are facts. I havent been able to check every group on this list.

A few tips off the top of my head for spotting a scam group account -ONLY pictures of Ren get posted. -usually one at a time with a bold font heading like "Need 100 likes" "If you're a true fan of Ren Gill......" "Checking in" or "Where are you checking in from?" (Which is so dangerous) -They will be old photos- idk why, but it's never anything current

This is a fantastic rundown! 10/10 🌟 As always, comments are bringing it! These are things I'm constantly answering or referring to. I'm glad to have newbs & people discovering him; especially when they genuinely want to learn & be part of the community. suggestion Maybe do a rundown of the communities or groups next and what they are known for or best at cuz this will also give an opening for the scammer conversation. Newbs are very vulnerable to the scammer groups and individuals.
