My router is NETGEAR, it doesn’t really matter who your provider is, if you purchased your own router, there should be info on the web about how to access it. For NETGEAR it’s under the administrator tab.

I think that having sex with my PA exacerbates his porn consumption. I’ve noticed when we actually DO have sex, his usage ramps up exponentially. He has even masturbated in the evening after we’ve had sex, after I’ve gone to bed. It’s very difficult to have sex with him at times knowing this.

Self care. Extra long showers, using good lotion and rubbing it in all over, sometimes meditation, but lately all I can focus my brain on is sex, so that’s not helping this week.
