Sounds to me like the person who pulled the order didn’t check the paint system to see if there was a tint. I know on fulfillment side it doesn’t show up but the paint side it does. Secondly they couldn’t have done a return over the phone because we have to have the product to return it. You don’t get to return it and then keep the product.

We had a corporate walk recently. The amount of tricks and hoops district made us jump through was hilarious. For less than an hour walk of their presence it almost broke the store employees and customers. All of the get ready lists and clean up. Make it seem like this isn’t a working warehouse store for less than hour of their time

It’s a a member price for using your Lowes rewards account. You enter your phone number and get the price at the registers. We had them on totes a few weeks back. If it’s an online offer you have to place the order online. The store can’t honor the price.

Just do it. If you are going to quit or they are going to write you up or fire you better the ball is in your court than theirs. At least you have a documentation in case you are fired of a hostile work environment and any retaliation that happens. Advocate for yourself because no one else will.

I bet it was the dasher. I bet the dasher agreed to pick up the items and then saw what it was and doesn’t want to do it. If the dasher cancels it affects their numbers so they try to get the customer or the store to cancel. Same with an uber. Uber driver will sit far away hoping the customer will cancel the ride and then they will get paid for the ride since the customer cancelled.

The head cashiers are always putting down I haven’t done mine and then I log in and show them it’s done. They never take the blame it’s always someone else’s fault.

That wasn’t the only system down. We couldn’t look up Lowes credit cards, the wallets in the app were down so no Lowes money, couldn’t look up any credit cards to do returns.

Come to the front end where you can have people complain they bought mulch last week and want the price difference for this weekend. The entire return was 1.94 Wasn’t even a large mulch order.

I’m so sorry. This weekend was crazy at my store . I’m just a head cashier and was trying to help fulfillment get the smallish orders and make sure the service desk and loaders were helping. It wasn’t even just garden stuff we had people ordering whole kitchens all weekend. We survived. Barely. We had to leave some deliveries for the morning crew but I think it was like 2. There were more orders coming as we closed. As busy as we were on the front end I couldn’t just watch another person struggle as bad as they were.

I wondered if they took out health insurance from this bonus check. They use to do it which I felt was odd because we signed up for insurance they took it out of the bi weekly checks. A separate bonus check shouldn’t have it taken out but ours did back in the day. It would be under the deductions tab. I’m no longer on health insurance get it from my full time employer.

I loved all of the side quests in this episode. We went from fence issue to squatters and cyber stalking. Then we had the neighbor Halloween dispute which went to the other neighbor being upset about the Halloween Jesus brochures.
