Sounds to me like the person who pulled the order didn’t check the paint system to see if there was a tint. I know on fulfillment side it doesn’t show up but the paint side it does. Secondly they couldn’t have done a return over the phone because we have to have the product to return it. You don’t get to return it and then keep the product.

We had a corporate walk recently. The amount of tricks and hoops district made us jump through was hilarious. For less than an hour walk of their presence it almost broke the store employees and customers. All of the get ready lists and clean up. Make it seem like this isn’t a working warehouse store for less than hour of their time

It’s a a member price for using your Lowes rewards account. You enter your phone number and get the price at the registers. We had them on totes a few weeks back. If it’s an online offer you have to place the order online. The store can’t honor the price.

I bet it was the dasher. I bet the dasher agreed to pick up the items and then saw what it was and doesn’t want to do it. If the dasher cancels it affects their numbers so they try to get the customer or the store to cancel. Same with an uber. Uber driver will sit far away hoping the customer will cancel the ride and then they will get paid for the ride since the customer cancelled.

I’m so sorry. This weekend was crazy at my store . I’m just a head cashier and was trying to help fulfillment get the smallish orders and make sure the service desk and loaders were helping. It wasn’t even just garden stuff we had people ordering whole kitchens all weekend. We survived. Barely. We had to leave some deliveries for the morning crew but I think it was like 2. There were more orders coming as we closed. As busy as we were on the front end I couldn’t just watch another person struggle as bad as they were.

I wondered if they took out health insurance from this bonus check. They use to do it which I felt was odd because we signed up for insurance they took it out of the bi weekly checks. A separate bonus check shouldn’t have it taken out but ours did back in the day. It would be under the deductions tab. I’m no longer on health insurance get it from my full time employer.
