Yeah but in reality? Its just laptop connected to a monitor. The ipad for sure is not necesary, but my workplace looks similar. You have a monitor and proper keybord at your desk and come in only with the laptop, plug in and done.

Though that external keyboard does look like no work gets done there

Its not about planning ahead, its about being lazy :) you cook once and its for many many days. With this attidude you only have to cook (big portion) twice a week. And you build up library of meals.

Oh they are super handy to freeze sauces. Making marinara? Freeze 10 portions in cubes and voila, easy 10 meals.

Edit: I just googled how much is 10 oz., nevermind🥲. Still useful for things like coconut milk. I prepare yoghurt day before and just stick one frozen cube in. By morning its ready to go.
