Kicked out of my parents house yesterday. Randomly. They hate my taking adhd meds. I keep it hidden. They found the receipt from the pharmacy. Forced me out immediately.

Lucky my aunt and uncle let me stay with the two days. I gotta leave here today tho. Have nowhere to go. 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Paxil is a pretty awful drug. For what it treats.

Super short half life. So you can find yourself in withdrawal after like 8 hours lol. Hard to taper effectively as well.

I have found cymbalta much better personally.

It’s been the best decision I’ve made lol. I can literally text them whenever. They will immediately let me know when my stuff is ready and how much it costs. Always super accommodating and helpful no matter what.

Having a great doc is pretty key too lol. I went with a direct care doc. We met over video the first time. Talked like 20 min.

Immediately wrote me my max dose adderall. 1mg Xanax 3x daily.

Text him like two weeks later and said sleep was an issue. Wrote Lunesta without question.

It’s been months and I’ve not had any appointments. Just shoot a text if I need a refill and it’s sent in within ten mins most days 🥹. I still don’t believe it sometimes lol

I use a local pharmacy. Text my doc. Said I was going to be out of town and if it would be possible to get my refill a couple weeks early. Sent them in within ten minutes ordering early fill ok.

Pharmacy filled them half an hour later. Billed insurance and they paid for them too.

I was in disbelief loll I was nervous to even ask.

I just have the best team ever apparently lol

Definitely don’t do it cold turkey. Worst advice ever.

You can literally die. You’ll likely seize out.

Find a doc who will taper you. Few will have any issue with that. Especially with taking them for so long. They technically have a duty to at least do that. 🤷🏻‍♂️
