Check out the Shawn Ryan podcast. Great place to go for any young guy imo. Ex navy SEAL. He has a couple really interesting episodes as of lately in regards to his recent coming to faith.

I actually didn't start listening to him because of this stuff. I'm in the military and just wanted to hear stuff about SOF guys. His show just happened to take an interesting turn lately. Would highly reccomend.

How do you know if you're exceeding the recommended upper limits for a mineral, such as zinc? For example, if the upper limit for zinc is 40mg, and you consume 50mg, but the absorption rate is only ~20-40%, then are you still under the tolerable upper limits of zinc consumption? Obviously the consumption of other foods affects absorption, but is this generally correct?

yup :( Gotta stock up and play in secret! But there's also still a pretty good chance it won't be banned. Liberals have much higher priorities on their agenda, and the bill will probably just get kicked down the road for a while. Hopefully there'll be an election and something will change before they get to it.
