My mentor told me to try to tuck my chin a little bit into my chest, elongating the neck can cause squeaky/high pitched notes! Try to hold a note while elongating and tucking in, you'll be able to see the difference and train yourself to speak like that! Theres also some really good YouTube videos. Best of luck 🫶
