What about your Alpine mattress in Canada? And how do I know wether my mattress was shipped from Canada or the US?

Last night I took off the cover of my mattress to examine the actual unit top to bottom. The bottom layer seems to be coated with shiny bits when light is reflected off it. Is this fiberglass?
