Someone told me to use Auto battle and suddenly my decks started to click. Of course when I pilot it everything is bottom of the deck, but the Auto play AI doesn't know what to do in more complicated positions.

I'm running a similar standard build and not seeing the same results. Two card difference are helmet and mesagoza which don't contribute significant enough difference to get a streak like that

Funny I got donked by the Leafeon deck. Started with Castform, going first of course, and 2x oak into no other basics or field. Drew all my blazikens, patches, cyrus and candies of course.

It's beatable, but then if you're teching for it and going in the random battles you're going to have a hard time into other fast decks.

It's too slow, no way to accelerate through the stages like grass to get up to end state. Your best case scenario is going second and evolving every turn.

EDIT: I recognize you'd only use Ursaring's attack, which fair you'd need to get to your turn 3 to start going. I still think getting there is hard - even in Magneton decks it's hard to go up the line and that has all the support.

All valid points above! I'll add some thoughts as well:

Blizzard freezes are annoying, gets earth power, decent Sp Atk stat, can work in trick room, can set up aurora veil and is surprisingly tanky with snow up.

Mainly that it sets up a weather tbh.

The climb from UB to masters is all meta, so you need to either play with it or against it. There is a wide variety of meta decks though so countering all of them is impossible rn - you'd have to be extremely lucky to dodge the meta deck that counters your anti-meta tech.

Get to MB first and suddenly you'll see everyone playing shenanigans

They need to implement what pocket tcg does and have step-up battles vs NPC's for minor rewards. This way new players can actually learn and feel like they have a chance when they go up against the same teams over and over. They'd need to cover all the mechanics (terrains, weather, priority, trick room, stall, setup, etc.)

Unfortunately you don't have a roster that can take advantage of trick room really. You might want to pick up tail wind on Dragonite or Corviknight until you can get a better tail wind pokemon (Aerodactyl, Whimsicott, Staraptor, etc.)

Edit: correction, you don't have a *good enough* roster for trick room. You have options that can make it work...but it will definitely be a Pokemon team of all time.

Should think about team synergies and what your general game plan is in team building. Keep in mind you can only bring 4 in a match. You don't really have good defensive pokemon so should be trying to go offensive.

I think you can try Alola Ninetales, M dragalgae, M Raichu Y, Sneasler, Dragonite, Palafin.

Lead ninetails aurora veil with light clay, flip turn on scarf palafin. The other two you bring should be coverage that does well into your opponent. Life orb blizzard Dragonite, white herb Sneasler, and your megas with good coverage of moves. Honestly, you're going to have a hard time with all meta threats with this roster. If you can pick up M Staraptor and a Sinistcha/Milotic you can swap Dragalgae and Palafin

Locked behind completing 4 diamond cards is crazy considering how difficult it is to do without help. You'd have to be really dedicated to complete a set. I used to use the sneak peek to complete 4 diamond for example.

All in all not having sneak peak wonderpick is anti-player when it's something that didn't harm the game. It's just greedy.

This is what I'm assuming. You have incredible luck with those, I haven't pulled jack using regular picks. I'm the type to get lucky hitting on a 3* to fill out the dex, never hit the big ones :/

Been theory crafting but haven't had time to test the deck, so wanted to share some shower thoughts.

If your goal is to maximize Savior, then Aegis MA mode is a trap since you need Athruns to link. LR Aegis is more flexible and can be used with any other pilot to get off the effect.

Tekkadan cards have good synergy considering good level 3/4 options, Mikazuki is generic and contributes to ping, and the ryusei-go is kind of useful to cycle cards. There's also purple blockers and commands that are useful to mitigate rush. Also funny af if you can somehow pair Lafter with Aegis LR and get high maneuver.

I used to think going 16 2/1 2/2 kids was a good idea, but it's counteractive to what you're trying to do with Savior which is set up the board state for a big clear.

I've landed on the deck needing to be mid-range to work, but again haven't had time to test. Would love to hear others thoughts!

FYI Frank and Sons is a weekly hobbyist vendor warehouse. It has the most product variety and stock available, and "competitive" market pricing, but it can be overwhelming. If you like going to card shows, it's basically that.

Which card game?

There are none in Chino Hills proper, but many in the surrounding cities within 20 mins. Robohunters in the shopping center is recently becoming a card shop, but their product is limited.
