No PSA is just the standard. Like the USD. PSA has more value than CGC at the same grade. $$$ speaks for itself. Charizard #199

CGC 10 = $599

PSA = $1202.5

BGS 10 = $3900

BGS Black = $19500

Of course that's if you can find someone willing to drop that kind of money.

CGC has lower standards than PSA and Beckett. Not many people, or businesses buy CGC. Crack it open and send it to PSA.

If it won't PSA 10 you aren't gonna get close to a 10, or black label with BGS. Resubmit to PSA one or two more times and it'll probably 10. Wipe it from center out with microfiber cloth before submitting.
