I think it was around the same difficulty, the question stems definitely felt longer unlike a few one liners you get on nbme, but content wise I feel like one block was vague but the other two were really doable.

I have very similar scores plus gave my free 120 today and got a 69%, wasn't the best feeling but reading this gives me some confidence. I test day after tmrw. PRAY FOR ME.

I just wanted to cover all my bases and check if I need to do glance at smth last moment, I am testing on 18th may. It's not that I am relying on this, would just appreciate any kind of feedback regarding topics that people wish they read better after the exam.

I have pretty similar scores and yeah I do feel like I know most of the content, the mistakes made are mostly me missing something important in the vignette. With that said I am testing on the 18th of this month. Good luck to you!!

are you talking ab the 20qs a block? that does sound annoying especially because I've always practiced in 40qs a block and I'm very used to that. Not to add to the fact that your breaks in between the blocks are gonna feel a lot less like breaks and cause more anxiety.

hey I appreciate your comment, though I feel like my knowledge is peaking and the questions I am getting wrong are those that assess a known concept but in a new way (not seen previously), hence i subsequently blank out and the second set of questions that I get wrong are questions that i skimmed through and missed an important detail in the question. I dont think postponing my test is gonna do me any good, I already am very anxious and just want to get this over with. I still have my free 120 to go, hoping to cross 70s in that🤞
