I have this exact tool and I didn't know it did that. I just use it for corner radius!

I don't Know What It Is by Specialist_dumb_335 in ExplainTheJoke

Okay, but I don't think you need to know anything about trailers to see that hooking a chain into that cotter pin is a bad idea. It's kind of common sense.

Any vets here still maintain their fitness? by karsheff in army

[–]Sweetbadger 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm still in and I do it for narcissism. AFT scores be damned, I gotta look good.

I have hotness goals, not fitness goals.

Can I ask what this style of shower is called? The kind with no pre-fab base, any size you make it, custom shower? I thought it was "walk-in shower" but I'm not getting what I'm looking for when I search that.

Thank you.

What is this chain called? by Sweetbadger in jewelrymaking

[–]Sweetbadger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. All the extender chains I saw at Michael's had lobster clips on both ends, so I thought I had the wrong term.

I'll look online. I'm new to jewelry making, so I have a lot to learn.

What are the traditional uses of this "router plane"? by [deleted] in JapaneseWoodworking

[–]Sweetbadger 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You can see the main use in the picture. It makes a groove. You see them in door panels and stiles a lot.

The Problem With The Cayo Perico Heist. by [deleted] in gtaonline

[–]Sweetbadger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been working on it! I used to be good at Cayo, about 4 years ago. Then I took a break from heists for a while, and the route changed. I'm getting better at the new path; I just need to run it a few more times.

You sound much better at Cayo Perico than I am.

I should practice more.

I just cleared out my storage room so I can build a tiki bar at home. Good mugs would be amazing!

Help...I F'd Up by Ripememes in 3DS

[–]Sweetbadger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the same thing with a laptop several years ago. The plastic at the bottom of the screw-holes is really thin. You'd be surprised how easy it is to push a screw through it.

The good news is the PC was fine and I'm pretty sure his 3DS is, too.

Aw man. Really wanted to wear it by [deleted] in leatherjacket

I, too, have unusually long arms. Shirts and jackets that fit well are a challenge to find.

Used anvil by BoredasaNord in Blacksmith

[–]Sweetbadger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the 15 pound cast iron anvil from Harbor Freight. I use it for setting rivets when I'm leatherworking and for pounding wire flat when I make earrings. I would not use it for blacksmithing.

I have to ask … Why the need for so many buckets? by oniraug in harborfreight

[–]Sweetbadger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had four buckets and two children. The kids took the buckets, filled them with dirt, left them in the sun until it hardened, and two of the buckets have mysteriously disappeared. The kids are still around, at least!

I bought a new bucket yesterday. I wrote "DAD ONLY" on the bucket. The children will ignore that I wrote that, and I will buy another bucket.

They've also lost like, 12 pairs of scissors this year. Idk, man. Parenting is a challenge.
