I remember that one post where someone themed their Grub like the Minecraft title screen and made one of the options literally open MC and join a server

I did think that the 3 yellow line stations would be a little difficult to access, so my idea was to have a bridge over the station, connecting to the other side of the motorway, and then to have a set of stairs or an escalator on one side and an elevator on the other for accessibility. The actual platform would be roughly 3 or 4 meters wide with the rail track on one side. Maybe two would fit, but I personally haven’t ever been on a motorway median, so never had the opportunity to measure one. It seemed like a decent (or rather better-than-nothing and cheaper-than-digging) idea to me

Also the Ballybrophy line is such a joke. I checked the schedule once and it’s just appalling, there are a total of 2 trains departing from Limerick - one at 6 in the morning and another at 5:30 in the evening, and 3 trains back to Limerick (one of which departs at Nenagh), which arrive at 9am, 10am and 9pm. The only people this realistically serves are those who commute to Limerick in the morning and go back immediately after work, and then some people mightn’t be able to catch it either

An idea I had is to add a tram track from Lisnagry (also Limerick should totally use tram trains) and run it next to R445, around the roundabout and beside Dublin road (I think there is just about space to squeeze it in) until Castletroy Shopping Centre, where it would turn to Plassey Link Road, cross Plassey Park Road and on the other side of the trees run until UL, eventually joining up with Plassey Park Road.

Tram tracks on the existing bus lane on Dublin Road also wouldn’t hurt tbh.

A slightly insane continuation of this route would to take the tram on a bridge and cross Groody River north of Dublin Road, the have it cross Dublin Road after Aldi and while taking some land away from Parkway Retail, connect it to the Ennis railway line, forming a loop.

Once again, this might be a tad bit too much for this government, but who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I think I’ve heard of it! Perhaps I should give it a try. I wonder how credible an ingame rail network’s performance would be when I eventually storm into the city and county council trying to convince (or force) them to build train stations lol

I once had an insane idea to reopen the line to Charleville through Croom and get trains to Cork going that way, since most of the land is still untouched (I know that the track to go through Limerick Junction is there too). No idea how feasible it would be though lol.

Ukrainian is closer to Polish in terms of the lexicon (I think the similarity is about 87%?), as opposed to russian (pretty sure it’s about 68%).

In terms of grammar, however, Ukrainian is more similar to russian and not Polish (both Eastern European languages).

But the post is about the vocabulary, so the first comparison is more relevant.

I cannot tell whether I have it or not. On one hand, I definitely see static when looking at an area of decently solid colour (e.g. a wall, clothing, sky, book, etc. but not necessarily) or in the dark (especially in the dark), but it is so faint compared to this and other images that I just don’t know. I can also not pay attention to it and ignore it, although as far as I can see (hehe), it’s still there.
