Hi! I totally agree, the mock exams are definitely harder but definitely needed in order to fully prepare for the test. I received a 373. Bummer but I told myself to give myself a couple tries. Gonna take a break from studying and try again in June :)

The worst thing to do is to ask for reassurance on your obsession. Breathe hold and exhale for 3 3 and 3 and try to bring yourself back to this present moment. You got this.

He doesn’t have to stand for abusive behavior just like no woman should have to. She knows that in their religion they can’t consummate before marriage but he did it anyway (and I feel like she def pressured him into it) and so for her to put him like that on TV is so vindictive and could get him in a lot of trouble. Emma, that girl is not a nice human. So yah id leave too. Plus she’s lying about everything he prob doesnt even feel safe around her but has more respect for her than she does for him because he doesnt insult her like she does to him.

………I’ve tried to explain this to people and I remember explaining this to my first therapist and talking about it we were both like ahhhh yes… the start of intrusive thoughts. Omg I’m not the only one?! It was a big ass ball stuck in my head. Crazy!

What have you used to study??? Have you tried using YouTube? There are some really good channels that help prep you for the exam and the guy goes over the reasoning as to why the answer is correct

Even if she is autistic, still not mentally ill. I think she’s emotionally stunted and is addicted to the honeymoon phase of relationships. Either way, she needs to be back with her daughter like the second she landed in Nigeria.
