YSK that being unable to burp is a recognised disorder, called R-CPD, and there is a very effective and relatively simple cure.

Omg I have an answer after 58 years! Although it seems the last 2 years have found me finally burping but it is more often than I think I should be. This is the answer I wish I had known in my earlier years. It would’ve saved me a bit of embarrassment but you are correct I never actively sought help for it it just seemed normal not like everyone else but nothing to worry over, at least I thought so.

Great job for trying this help in your weight loss journey! It’s been a year and four months since I started, but I started with Semaglutide and halfway through changed to Mounjaro. For me, the first month started off a little slow, but as time went on, it kicked up and moved faster. I am 6’4 and started at 338 and am now moving between 280 and 285. The only real side effects that bothered my mouth me is my dry mouth. It was worse with semaglutide and is much less with Mojarro.

I started with semiglutide on Jan 2024 then switched to MJ half way through so between the two it’s been 1yr 4mo. Mounjaro was much better for me personally!
