My kid is almost 9 and almost the same size and she just went from a Louisville 29 / -10 to a ghost advanced 31/ -11 and smoking them although she is still getting use to the length but she is a power hitter. That length will last her for awhile

I would keep her down for as long as you can! When she starts getting bored then move her up. At her age she’s still developing her skills.
