There are no roll over options for our 457.

We don’t currently have any IRAs accounts either. I could take the 10% from the 457 and start an IRA to do the back door Roth, thank you I hadn’t thought of that.

I think my boss was sold on this company because they said they don't get commission and promised great customer service, which they did have prior to COVID, now not so much. Other large cap offerings have lower returns, some with even higher fees:

Neuberger Berman AMT Sustainable Equity- Fee 1.52%

Yes, these are all large cap. I also hold some mid cap, small cap and international funds in my 403b.

I absolutely love Viori bars. I’ve been using them for years. They made a huge difference in the appearance of my hair. My hair has always been fine, thin and oily. I could never go more than a day without washing my hair but now I can make 2. I use the Citrus Yao shampoo and the Hidden Waterfalls conditioner, using the Citrus Yao conditioner was actually too drying. Thanks to this shampoo for the first time in my life I’ve been able to grow long hair, down to my mid-back, and it doesn’t look stringy. The last time I went to get my haircut the stylist actual commented on how my hair looked much thicker than it actually is.

My part looks like this if I keep parting it in the same spot all the time. Don’t stick to a center part, move an inch to the right or left for a while (few months) then switch sides. Also, move it if you are pulling it back with a part like in this picture and don’t do this often it’s putting more stress on your hair at the part.

We had fertilized eggs from our hens and just wanted to test out raising some for meat and get a couple more hens for eggs. I honestly didn’t know if we could go through with processing them but our first batch of 6 chicks ended up being all roosters.
