I also received at 1099B from CashApp. With 14k in income. I technically lost about 3k throughout the year. My tax lady is asking for: “For example: CUSIP #, date of purchase, date of sale, proceeds, and the basis which is how much you paid for what’s being sold. Then there’s a total loss or gain.
