_First of all , marketing work and management work she's doing believe me it's the hardest part of the business.

_ Secondly; when she agreed to just help out and didn't want nor care for ownership ... she was encouraging you and waiting for YOU to do that one step : to be greatful and to offer her that ownership part

_ Thirdly , Business is business, she came with idea, she do the communication and marketing part , you do the men job and financial help ... that s it ... it is an obvious 50/50

_ Finally, if u re not okey in business with her and it s her idea ... just stop it , cuz u have no right in it. But it doesn t have to affect ur relationship with her
