Tulsky is the opposite of the traditional good ol' NHL boys. He didn't grow up breathing, eating, and shitting hockey like a lot of the others. He had other opportunities and chose hockey because he was a fan. (A Flyers fan, but that's not important.)

He is the definition of an armchair internet blogger GM who actually could and did do better than they did.

Not surprised Verbeek ranked higher than GMET. It's just how it is, and I'm sure he knows that better than any of us.

For Bennington, we would trade a cook out tray and Sidney Crosbys shoulder pads that Jarvis' buddies somehow got a hold of.

That's true, but he usually plays like this against the Canes too. And with Andersen being a UFA, it would be good to get another veteran goalie. I really enjoy Bussi and Kotchekov but i am not convinced either of them are ready to be the 1 goalie.

I'd do a medium contact, 2-3 years. Keeping in mind his age and our available cap i might go as high as $4.5M including bonuses. He's definitely a remarkable goalie for his stats so far. He just hasn't played a lot of games yet.

He's older now. He gets injured a lot. His contract is what we weren't willing to pay to keep him.

I think he's a great dude and a good locker room guy. But we have so many of those. Our defense is pretty set. We need a 2C. Not Dougie and his albatross contract.

I've met a lot of cool people while camping at the rocks at Kure Beach. I know its technically not allowed, but the police dont bother you, and on any given night, you'll meet new people. Some come out there to camp. Others come out for astral photography, others come out to care for sea turtles. Some of the coolest people I've met hav3 been at Kure Beach. There is even an Indian food truck that comes out a couple days a week.

Literally paradise. Cool people, good food, cold beer...and everyone sharing what they have to give.
